Citigate First Financial changes name to CFF Communications

Amsterdam, 5 October 2017 – Today, communications agency Citigate First Financial changes its name to CFF Communications. The name change coincides with the firm’s celebration of its 25th anniversary and reflects the broadening of its services in recent years. CFF Communications began 25 years ago as an agency for financial communications and investor relations. Today’s CFF Communications provides its clients with support across the full spectrum of corporate communications.

Uneke Dekkers, Managing Director: “Over the past few years, we have significantly expanded our proposition to clients. Now, it is time our name better reflects the increased scope of services. Our 25th anniversary is the perfect moment to change our name to CFF Communications. This new name not only refers back to our origins but also represents the broad corporate communications role we now fulfil for our clients. I doubt the change will come as a surprise to our clients and business contacts: although we are the market leader in the field of transaction communications for listed companies, for many years our advice has gone way beyond pure financial communications.”

Paul Taaffe, CEO at Huntsworth, the Group of which CFF Communications is a part: “CFF Communications has always had an excellent feel for what the market needs and responded very effectively to those needs. The change in name is another example. I wish CFF a successful future, in which they will no doubt continue to expand their leading position in the Dutch market and continue to make an outstanding contribution to Huntsworth.”

To celebrate its change of name and its 25th anniversary, CFF Communications will sound the gong to open trading tomorrow on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange.
