Behind the Scenes of 2025: Stories We’re Proud to Share
Dear all,
As 2025 draws to a close, we’d like to share a brief look at what’s been happening behind the scenes at CFF Communications.
While much of our work takes place out of sight and can’t always be shared publicly, here are some highlights we're proud of:
- Integrated communications support around Triodos Bank's Euronext listing
- Strategic communications support for annual and CSR reporting
- Transaction support during Basic-Fit’s acquisition of Clever Fit
- Supporting private equity clients with compelling investment stories
- Human-guided AI support for our media intelligence clients
- A successful celebration of NWB Bank’s 70th anniversary
- Launching The Ocean Cleanup’s 30 Cities Program
And while we wrap up the year, you’ll also notice we have a new visual identity – an updated look, logo and website – while keeping the same trusted team of strategic communications experts, ready to help our clients navigate the opportunities of the year ahead.
Kind regards,
Uneke
Integrated communications support around Triodos Bank’s listing on Euronext
The technical listing of Triodos Bank’s shares on Euronext Amsterdam marked a defining moment in the bank’s journey toward greater accessibility and inclusivity in impact investing. The move opened doors for a broader community of mission-aligned investors, both individual and institutional, reaffirming Triodos Bank’s commitment to using finance as a force for good.
We are proud to be part of this important milestone for Triodos Bank. Our team provided integrated communications support, from stakeholder management and public affairs to media intelligence, investor relations and scenario mapping.
Strategic communications support for annual and CSR reporting
Annual reports and CSR disclosures are key moments to demonstrate accountability, performance and purpose. We’ve helped various organisations translate information and data into clear, credible narratives that resonate with investors, stakeholders and wider society.
Transaction support during Basic-Fit’s acquisition of Clever Fit
During the Basic-Fit–Clever Fit transaction, our communications advisers supported Basic-Fit with the key announcements, ensuring consistent, clear communication to investors, employees and the wider public throughout the process. Our media intelligence team provided real-time monitoring of market, media and stakeholder sentiment, helping the deal team stay ahead of emerging issues and questions. As a transaction of a significant scale in the European fitness market, it attracted broad coverage in national, international and specialist media.
Supporting private equity clients with compelling investment stories
In 2025, we partnered with private equity clients whose compelling investment stories are closely tied to major societal trends. From the fast-growing world of AI-powered fintech to innovation in healthcare and life sciences, we worked with Cape Investment Partners, Keensight Capital, Inflexion and Gilde Healthcare among others as they announced acquisitions.
We crafted strategic press releases, prepared spokespeople for interviews and ensured targeted media outreach. Each transaction secured coverage by Het Financieele Dagblad, including in-depth interviews that helped contextualise the investments for a broader business readership.
Human-guided AI support for our media intelligence clients
We believe that AI creates real value in communications only when it is guided by human experience and expertise at every step. With our human-centred approach, our team of media analysts and consultants is now helping a growing number of organisations unlock far more value from their media intelligence feeds.
Working side by side with your people, we turn raw data into deeper, decision-ready insights and create the conditions for your communications team to successfully embed AI into their daily workflow.
A successful celebration of NWB Bank’s 70th anniversary
This year, NWB Bank celebrated its 70th anniversary. For this special occasion, we supported the organisation on multiple fronts, including the invitation process, development of the programme and the thematic concept of the event.
We also managed the venue selection and coordinated the catering, ensuring all elements came together in one consistent, professional experience. The result was an inspiring and well-attended gathering that did justice to NWB Bank’s role as a public sector bank.
Supporting the launch of The Ocean Cleanup’s 30 Cities Program
As part of our ongoing support for The Ocean Cleanup, we contributed to the launch of their 30 Cities Program. The aim of this programme is to install systems in thirty cities worldwide to prevent plastic waste from reaching the oceans via rivers.
We supported The Ocean Cleanup on the communications strategy, the development of key messages, and international visibility. During UNOC in Nice, we helped to highlight the programme to policymakers, partners and media, with clear press materials and consistent storytelling.
Thanks to the close collaboration and our strategic support, the 30 Cities Program received a credible introduction on the global stage. CFF Communications is delighted to have contributed to this important initiative for cleaner rivers and oceans.
